My end-to-end UX/CX skills are supported by strong project leadership experience developed over a long career in conventional and digital media.

I have experience in Waterfall and Agile environments using Lean methodology.

An early career in Journalism (B.Sci) morphed into running my own digital design studio. in 1996, I moved into web design as the industry exploded.

Working 15 years with Adrenalin I went from being a digital finished artist to the Head of Digital, with end-to-end responsibility for all the agency's digital services. I took them into the online age with innovation and creative problem solving.

In 2008 I moved into larger agency work, and have been doing UX and CX projects, from strategy through architecture and into design. My first major project was the complete Stockland online communicaiton strategy.
